REVIEW: Carnoustie Sportwear Fall 2016 Collection

Carnoustie Sportswear is a favorite golf apparel of mine, and I've had the opportunity to review their impressive collections many times over the years. Their newest collection builds on Carnoustie's well established brand awareness with stylish and high quality additions for Fall 2016.

The new renditions feature Carnoustie’s classic pieces disseminated into three different collections, which include Classic, Desert and Resort.

The Classic Collection is composed of blues, blacks, white and grey hues for those who prefer a traditional list. The Desert Collection, as you would guess, features colors of orange, white, brown, and grey. The Resort Collection includes brighter blue and green hues that are mixed with greys and blacks to keep consistent with fall colors. Each collection includes a variety of polos, lightweight cotton interlock outerwear, cotton suede outerwear, belts and trousers.

The polo I tested on the course was comfortable, breathable, and pretty darn classy. These are not "budget" clothing items by any means; most Carnoustie polos retail for $100 or higher. Rest assured, however, that you are getting a ton of quality for your money.

The colors and styles of each apparel item are traditional, minimalist and muted. The Fall 2016 line perfects the "country club" look for those of us who prefer to look sharp on the course.
