Take Customization to a New Level with Edel Golf Array Putters

The new Array Putter line from Edel Golf allows players to make a putter uniquely their own with more customization than you’ve ever seen in a putter before. Boasting four different head shapes coupled with interchangeable hosels, alignment aids, weight ports and more, the Edel Golf Array putters are sure to make a huge impact on the game in 2024.

“At the heart of Edel Golf is scoring improvement,” said Doug Coors, CEO of Edel Golf. “With Array Putters, we give golfers the ability to uniquely customize their putter to match their tendencies. Golfers no longer have to settle for off-the-rack putters; Array Putters ensure a personalized fit for every player.”

To accomplish this, Edel went complete “blank slate” in terms of what customization should mean to any golfer at any skill level. The Array line features one blade and three different mallet head shapes — all milled out of 1025 carbon steel — as a starting point. From there, golfers are able to choose their preferred alignment plate to fit their eye and stroke tendency. Next, customizable hosel and clubhead weighting options are available to fine-tune your putting stroke even further, opening the playbook to dozens — if not hundreds — of custom combinations.

The main reason for all of this customization? To increase your chances of delivering a center-strike on every putt, no matter your stroke tendency.

“All golfers have an aim bias,” said Mike Pai, CMO of Edel Golf. “Every line and visible attribute of a putter drives one’s eyes to a specific location and dictates where the golfer aims their putter based on his or her aim bias. This creates path deviations and face rotation challenges, among other compensations. Solving aim bias with a putter accurately suited to an individual is vital to consistently making putts.”

I’ve only spent a few days with the Edel Array putter — specifically the F-3 mallet shape — but I can already tell this will be seeing ample time in my golf bag once the snow melts. Impact is solid and soft due to the 1025 carbon steel milling, and the option of swapping out a new alignment plate (sold separately) should I need to is noteworthy. The adjustable weights on the sole of the putter can also be swapped out for heavier or lighter grams depending on one’s preference.

Adjustability of all putter components is made possible and simple through the use of a singular Torx wrench.

Each Array Putter is priced at $399.99 and comes with the choice between four proprietary grip offerings at no upcharge. Additional hosels, alignment plates, and head weights may be purchased separately. Left-handed options are available in select models.

Array Putters will be available from Edel Golf and select fitting and retail locations around the world on February 16, 2024
